  • Pam Gillet and her husband Dana have lived in Bend Oregon since 1996. During that time she has been on the Board of Mountain Star Family Relief Nursery, served as Board Chair, led a group for kids in the Juvenile Detention Center, was a volunteer leader in the youth organization Young Life, and raised two adult children. She hails from Seattle, California, and Arizona where she was also on the Young Life Staff for 20 years. She loves to downhill and skate ski, road cycle, and play tennis. She absolutely loves to spend time with her grandkids 17 year old Zoey and 8 year old Gavin. Pam has also been a Licensed Psychotherapist for 25 yrs, and brings valuable insight to New Each Morning.

  • Cathie Coe Sipe is the Founder/CEO of New Each Morning. She has great compassion for women who have to “start over,” as she has been in the position of “starting over” multiple times in her career and lifetime. As a result of working directly with women for nearly 40 years as a hair designer Cathie has first-hand experience in communicating and building relationships grounded through connection and trust.  

    She is and has been actively involved locally with Shepherds House Women and Children Center, 4-H Youth Program, BNI, 10x Catalyst Groups, The Giving Plate Prayer Team, and as well as various events that she is a part of bringing to our community. Cathie has over 40 years of relationship and connections in Central Oregon and is a strong and active member of our community.

  • Michael Sipe is the founder of CrossPointe Private Equity Advisors, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory and transactional services in Oregon and California.

    He is the founder of 10x Catalyst Groups and in that capacity serves as a business coach and consultant for dozens of the region's top business leaders. He produces the Central Oregon Prayer Breakfast (largest in the state), the Bend Christmas Parade (largest in the state) and the Central Oregon Business Forum for hundreds of regional business leaders. Michael is a past president of the Rotary Club of Greater Bend and served on the board of the Bend Chamber of Commerce for three years.

    He was the 2022 Republican nominee for Oregon State House District 53 State Representative.


  • Layla has had the privilege of working in the marketplace for over 3-decades as a leader and business owner, passionately empowering individuals, and businesses to align to their identity and excel. She has called Bend her home since 2005 and enjoys regular adventures with her husband and their daughter.

    New Each Morning holds out hope to those who need it most. Her family has experienced multiple generations battling with addiction and she knows how critical healthy supports systems are. In Central Oregon, many individuals and families suffer in isolation, that is why she is committed to this organization as they seek to provide critical transformational tools to those who need it most.

  • Toni La Foe is a very grateful member of our community here in Central Oregon.  Having walked the sincere path of recovery that has taken her completely out of a hopeless and dark place of homelessness and bondage and into a life full of love, light, and healing possibilities, Toni brings much experience to the New Each Morning organization.  Her heart beats for the truth that anybody can be set free from anything and that is her passion in becoming a Board Member for New Each Morning.  

    Her passion moves her to reach out all along her path, including regular visitations inside the jails to minister life, love, and hope to the inmates.  

    She is also a proud member of The Habitat for Humanity Program here in Central Oregon. 

    Toni is a thankful mother of 2 beautiful grown daughters and 3 amazing grown grandchildren.  

    She is happily employed full-time here in Bend, Oregon and very much looks forward to seeing women choose freedom one step at a time, one day at a time.

  • Jennifer has been a resident of  Bend, since 1996, where she and her husband Peter raised 5 children, and now enjoy the addition of 4 grandchildren. Together they opened opened the first Faveur Boutique in 2011, in Downtown Bend, Oregon. The second location in Sisters, Oregon  opened just four years later.  Her dream come true has been creating a delightful and affordable boutique shopping experience, where women of all ages and shapes could find something unique and special.

    Jennifer’s heart for women, is reflected in Faveur Boutiques mission statement: “Women empowered and set free to pursue their God given gifts and talents- not held back by lies, fear or insecurity. Confidently rising up to take their place, knowing that their unique beauty, dignity, and strength is needed in their families, community, and the world. “
