Welcome to New Each Morning
We are an all volunteer, non-profit organization located in Bend, Oregon serving the Central Oregon area. We exist to help women walk in their new sober identity; to connect them with community resource partners while championing them to truly thrive as healthy productive members of our community.
Our clients have taken the noteworthy first step of pursuing freedom from addiction.
Now they have graduated and here’s a typical situation: they have no money, no job, no resume, no place to live, no transportation, no credit and their only “friends” are from their old life. Is it any wonder so many fall back into familiar and destructive patterns?
Most recent studies show that the primary root causes of addiction are isolation, loneliness, and despair.
That’s where New Each Morning steps in.
Our connection advocates come alongside our clients to bring connection, hope, belonging, and community resource partners as we champion them to thrive in their new sober identity. We equip them with new life skills, tools, resources, and the community connections necessary to continue their journey to becoming contributing members to society.
Meet the Founder
Cathie Coe Sipe is the Founder/CEO of New Each Morning. She has great compassion for women who have the courage to “start over,” as she has experienced the place of “starting over” multiple times in her career and lifetime. As a result of working directly with women for over 40 years as a hair designer Cathie has first-hand experience in communicating and building relationships grounded on connection and trust. Cathie also brings the experience and training of being an OHA certified Peer Support Specialist.
As a bride, mom, and grandma Cathie has a strong faith and knows the truth of who she is. She stands on her identity as the foundation for her self-worth and value. She believes that every woman deserves to know this same truth about her own self-worth and value. That is the heart that drives Cathie’s passion for all the women partnering with New Each Morning in any capacity.

New Each Morning offers weekly one-to-one mentoring sessions, job search and preparation for job interviews, as well as helping clients with many other needs such as clothing, transportation, groceries, assistance with medical and legal issues, and with a variety of other individual needs, often through collaboration with other nonprofits.
